In DAB Ultra Skaters, it's not just about competing. It's not just about going the fastest, running the furthest, or rolling through the city in style. It's about using what we love – movement – to make a difference.
That is why we have entered into a long-term collaboration with Aktiv mot Kreft .
All profits go to something bigger
Starting in 2024, all profits from our events will go to Aktiv mot Kreft.
Whether it's the Breiale Mile, the DAB Invitational or something completely different we come up with – every penny counts. This is our way of giving back, and a common lift we make together as a club and community.
What does the money go towards?
Active Against Cancer works to make physical activity a natural part of cancer treatment. Through the establishment of Pusterom in Norwegian hospitals, they give patients a place to exercise, strengthen their bodies and find coping skills – in the midst of one of life's toughest battles.
For us at DAB, it makes sense. We know what movement can do for both body and mind.

Next event: The Breiale Mile 2025 (SOLD OUT!)
On Saturday, August 23rd, the Breiale Mile will take place in Oslo for the third time. The race is now SOLD OUT , with 200 registered participants.
But the party doesn't stop there:
After the finish line, there will be an Afterrun at Kongen Marina with a DJ and concert , and it is open to everyone. Come and celebrate with us – regardless of whether you have run or not.
This is what makes DAB unique. We are not just a club.
