DAB 100K INVITATIONAL | 2024
True to tradition, the "DAB Invitational" will be held in April 2024. Next year we will open up more participants and make the ski party much bigger. But the main class 100k in the DAB Invitational will still be an underground ultra ski race with the mythical and special atmosphere.
The race is therefore in Koch's spirit in free-style (Fully possible to stake/walk classically) at Linderudkollen in Oslo
4 classes:
- The Breiale Mile: 14.5 km (Start 11.30am)
- Lill-Kochen: Minimum 50 km (Start from 05:30)
- Monster-Kochen: Minimum 100 km (Start from 05:30. Separate class for breathing)
- Mensen-Mila: Charity race where we want to focus on women's health (More info to come)
As always, distance, time and pace are logged individually with Strava and will be the only valid measurement. Law with ski change, lubrication team and cheerleaders. Engine, draft dog and kite are the only things that are not allowed.
Remember:
- Fully charged watch/mobile with upgraded Strava.
- Lots of nutrition
- After-ski soft drink. Camping chair and plenty of comfort to the finish line.

Throughout the day, as always, a number of friends, family and spectators are expected along the trail and there will be a separate après-ski area where DJ Hard Richard's crew will start the music from 10:00☀️🍻
