We are immediately entering RACE-WEEK. The form is being refined, and we are praying to the PG for good weather on Saturday, August 17. Yabba!

In addition to Norway's most jovial playas running the race; they will also perform a tailor-made show at Kongen Marina at After-RUN!

As in previous DAB events, you are responsible for taking your own time - you show the time on your heart rate monitor/mobile phone at the secretariat after the finish line!

RACEDAY PROGRAM | AUGUST 17
1:30 PM-2:30 PM:
- PICK UP your start number at the secretariat at Kongen Marina. The start list will be published well before the race.
- Delicious tunes from Dj Shrimp Shady.
- Luggage storage is at your own risk at Kongen Marina. There will be DAB personnel at Kongen during the entire event.
14:50: START “THE BREIAL MILE
- Line-up at “SOLOMON’S ARCH”
- START NOSE BREATH (unisex) starts first
- START MEN & WOMEN: Mass start - the fastest line up at the front
NB! The race takes place on public footpaths and in traffic - please be considerate of all road users (especially the soft ones). We want/require that everyone completes the race in full, and none of us need negative internal/external comments afterwards. Smile and wave to all dog handlers, be considerate of all kids, strollers/baby mamas/baby daddies, and take extra good care of the elderly. Please<3
15:45->: FINISH and AFTERRUN
Well done! After the finish line, go to the secretariat, log your time (show your watch or strava), and pick up your well-deserved finisher tee (size S-XL) - and get a tasty burger from Kongen Marina (check on the start number list).
