The Breiale Mile 2025: A race and party you don't want to miss!

After the huge success last year, we're back with Den Breiale Mile 2025 - and we promise it'll be an even bigger and better experience than ever! 🎉 This isn't just a race - it's a day filled with speed, community and partying, in true DAB Ultra Skaters style .

What is the Broad Mile?

The Breiale Mile has quickly become one of Oslo's most exciting and unique races. From the start, this event has combined intense running with pure fun and togetherness. We have created a festival atmosphere where asphalt meets forest trails, and both exercisers and runners of all levels get to test themselves on a rough course through Frognerkilen.

Last year's race was marked by sunshine, a great atmosphere, and not least – full effort from all participants. From start to finish, runners battled their way through both asphalt and scenic trails, followed by an epic afterrun that lasted all evening. In 2025, we're making it even bigger!

Two distances – A day filled with adventure

In 2025, we will expand the distances to give everyone the opportunity to participate:

• The Breiale Mile (14.5 km) : A challenging but fun distance that takes you through both asphalt and forest paths, and shows you Oslo at its best.
• HalvBreial (7.5 km) : A shorter but equally intense distance for those who want to experience the fun without doing the full mile. Perfect for those who want to try out a run for the first time or just want to have fun in Oslo's most beautiful surroundings.

Classes

• Dudes (Men's Class) : For the guys who want to give it their all!
• Dudettes (Ladies Class) : For the ladies who want to dominate the course.
• Nose Breathing : A tribute to club legend Mr. Pimp Lotion , who is known for his dedication to nose breathing. Here, the focus is more on the breath than on the move! 😅

Afterrun – Full party at Kongen Marina

After the race is over, the fun doesn't stop there! We invite everyone to an epic afterrun at Kongen Marina with live concerts, DJs and special guests. We create a full evening filled with music, dancing and a good atmosphere. This is a day where running meets partying - all in true DAB Ultra Skaters style! 🎶🔥

What is included in the participation fee?

For only 499 NOK (Early Bird price until November 1st) you get:

• An exclusive t-shirt that shows that you are a real G!
• Optional burger (beef or veggie) to replenish your energy after the race.
• Access to the afterrun event with live music, DJ and a party you won't soon forget.

Run for a good cause

This year, the proceeds from Den Breiale Mile will go to the Norwegian Children's Cancer Association . By participating, you are not only supporting a fantastic race, but also contributing to an important cause that helps children and families in tough times.

In recent years, Den Breiale Mile has grown from a small local race to become one of the most anticipated events in Oslo. From spectacular performances on race day to an after-run that gives participants the opportunity to celebrate together, each year has brought new highlights. In 2024 , runners took to Frognerkilen in style, and both beginners and experienced runners agreed: This is a race you don't want to miss!
